Key Responsibilities :
Support development of Cyberport initiative
Provide administrative support to the Managers of Entrepreneurship Team in project implementation, including meeting and event arrangement, and cross team collaboration
Handle day-to-day communication with Cyberport Startup Alumni Association ( CSAA ) and community, and provide administrative support to CSAA, including meeting documents, promotion materials, e-newsletter, survey and record management
Assist in planning and organising digital technology events and activities to engage and support the start-up companies in Cyberport community
Responsible to handle project related procurement process in a timely manner, and ensure records and procedures are managed align with internal policies and guidelines
Other duties as assigned by supervisors
Bachelor degree in any disciplines
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience preferably gained in sizable organizations or industry association
Past experience in event management or stakeholder engagement is an advantage
Able to work independently, self-motivated and attention to details
Experience in managing external agencies and vendors in event management, and also the production of marketing collaterals of various forms
Good business sense with an analytical mind-set and forward thinking ability
Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
The position is on a 1-year fixed-term contract.
