Business Analyst (Policy Admin System)

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with Business Users and Technical development team to define and clarify the requirements and use cases
  • The projects are mainly related to individual insurance business (IFP) that required both front end (sales tools, website) and back end (core admin systems) knowledge.
  • It is preferable that resources will have business knowledge related to financial industry, in particular, insurance business

  • Collaborate with development and test teams in the project
  • Apart from BA capability, it is preferable that the BAs facilitate a squad teams and play certain role in supporting the scrum master role in project delivery
  • Requirements :

  • 6-8 years' experience in Business Analyst Role; Ability to analyze problems logically, articulate the problems clearly and communicate it to Technical team
  • Experience in Agile project delivery and exposure tools like JIRA and CONFULENCE
  • Language capabilities : Excellent Oral and written English, Cantonese and Some Mandarin
  • Experiences with insurance domain in Life Insurance (Claims, Products, POS applications)
  • Prior experience on software development is a plus
