What will you do

Oversee financial systems such as account system, procurement system etc.;

Collect and understand business requirements, convert them into functional / technical design specification, and advise solution to fit the requirements;

Perform system testing, implementation, support, maintenance, and reconcile data across systems;

Partner with E-commerce, IT & Digital team and vendors to design, develop and enhance various systems by combining system, data, process, digital and other automation tools with subject matter knowledge to address business needs;

Create and maintain Finance system documentation including process flows, user guides, manuals and provide training to internal users;

Manage the Change Management process for new systems and workflows to drive user adoption and ensure smooth transition process;

Manage DCC / MCP in payment channels.

Communicate and collaborate with external and internal parties and manage vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery;

Perform any other duties assigned.

We are perfect match if you're / 've :

University graduate in Information Systems, Computer Science Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with Financial Management or Business Technology is preferred;

Experience in functional and technical specifications documentation, system implementation, conduct system test, support user acceptance test;

Adequate knowledge of accounting, budgeting and cost management;

Proficient in SQL with performance tuning and optimization is a must;

Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin;

Team player that able to work effectively at all levels of the organization with the ability to influence others;

Excellent vendor management, project management, interpersonal and communication skills;

Good influential skills, negotiation skills and analytical skills;

Self-starter with multi-tasking capability and able to meet tight deadlines;

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Analyst, Financial System.
