Based from Hong Kong (WanChai office) your main duties will be to :
Lead and drive the Accounting, Finance teams in China and Hong Kong and ensure they deliver all information and reporting in compliance with Management’s requirements and Group guidelines.
Actively manages all cash and treasury-related matters, as well as working capital requirements optimization and lead Dextra China treasury management and working capital optimization
Coordinate all accounting, costing, and financial matters with other operational departments of the company;
Communicate specific and dedicated accounting and financial material to other operational departments in order to allow streamlining of operations;
Manage all financial and accounting processes & systems, in line with group policies and local statutory / tax requirements, and ensures parent and subsidiary companies deliver all information and reporting in compliance with Management’s requirements and Group guidelines.
Provide analytical P&L analysis in various dimensions, cost management, return on investments studies;
Drive the yearly budget process for Dextra China and its direct subsidiaries, as well as monthly rolling forecast update (sales, cash-
flow, income statement);
Manage financial and operational controls and metrics, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of monthly financial / yearly statements, forecasts, and analysis;
Monitor and optimize all fiscal aspects of the Company, in close coordination with its parent company;
Oversee bank activity and manage reporting requirements;
Ensure respect of procedures, and as well as design and implementation of amended / new procedures;
Prepare company records for timely annual audit, and liaise with external audit team and ensure they are provided with relevant information, within agreed schedule agreed with Parent company
Liaise with external party to ensure the timely and accurate filing of the company’s profit tax obligations.
Coordinate the necessary modifications to the systems (ERP and consolidation / reporting software) with concerned departments.
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor or Master degree in related field. CPA or CFA is a plus
5 to 10 years’ of relevant experience.
Prior experience in Manufacturing company required.
MS Office proficiency.
ERP Experience as Key user.
Leadership and initiative, ability to drive a team.
Excellent team player, with very good communication skills and the ability to work with various level of interlocutors and across company’s departments.
