Key Responsibilities : Devise and manage the OMS project and development plan for assigned initiatives, including budgeting, scoping, and planning Own project timeline of the assigned Omnichannel and e-Business integration projects Successfully deliver OMS features and workflows across APAC by closely engaging with the business stakeholders on the vision, needs and sorting of priorities Own the functional requirements and backlog for the APAC OMS platform in ensuring alignment across the Region Advise Business stakeholders on Omnichannel capabilities, best practices, and OMS platform functionalities Align with Business Divisions in mapping out business and functional processes Advise adoption of OMS functionalities where applicable, instead of encouraging customizations that are hard to maintain and scale Advise new OMS enhancements and initiatives in improving Omnichannel experience and engagement Work with business to plan and arrange Change Management for initiative deployment Drive business requirement definition and design sessions for OMS-related initiatives Document and consolidate functional requirements and design for the APAC OMS-based solution Liaise with technical teams and vendors to communicate and confirm technical feasibilities Oversee delivery teams and vendors in carrying out design sessions, system demo sessions, testing sessions, system deployment, and hyper care Work with specialist IT teams to align on performance, security, and data sharing standards Ensure proper technical documentation of the platform evolution, development, and feature activation Upkeep regional OMS platform framework and best practice Align with the rest of regional Omnichannel Retail program timeline and other involved IT platforms / projects Adopt mature approach to making trade-offs where required, to deliver business outcomes faster.
Broker the use of Global and Regional qualified technologies & partners where possible to create scale. Identify areas of risk in the assigned projects and overall APAC Omnichannel Retail program, and develop plans to minimize such risks Support Head of Program in updating regional Omnichannel Retail program timeline and communication with stakeholders Person’s Specifications : Bachelor’s degree or above, degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred 5+ years of experience in business analysis, solution design & delivery capacity with Order Management System (OMS) platform Experience in project management, business process mapping, functional requirement gathering, data sizing, functionality testing, and Change Management Background in cloud-computing / SaaS including system implementation and management Good understanding of system architecture, digital platforms, integration concepts, and ability to design scalable performance-driven solutions Good understanding of order & stock data model and data flow amongst integrated systems Experience in iterative software delivery methodologies - Agile, SCRUM, DevOps, etc.
Project and vendor management required Experience in liaising with business stakeholders across APAC Experience in Retail preferred, experience with Luxury Retail a plus Strong expertise in OMS solutions and e-Commerce technologies in APAC, along with integration framework, & experience with ecosystem of partners Manage technical vendors and delivery teams to align and coordinate technical task deliveries and projects on time, of quality, and budget Capable to own the functional design of the regional OMS platform in APAC with a long-term vision, but at the same time addressing immediate and short-term needs in a pragmatic manner Capable to suggest innovations and design with a long-term strategic mindset Advise on, compare, and propose technical decisions, balancing usability, practicality, feasibility, performance, sustainability, and security.
