The incumbent will support the departmental administration and reports including roster update, procurement process and order follow up and SAP maintenance.
Also, he / she should assist with various assigned projects, including coordinating and following up the process. Communicate with both internal and external parties for daily business coordination.
Administrate support on business correspondence, management reports and presentation. Any ad hoc tasks and assignments assigned by supervisors.
