工作性質

The incumbent will support the departmental administration and reports including roster update, procurement process and order follow up and SAP maintenance.

Also, he / she should assist with various assigned projects, including coordinating and following up the process. Communicate with both internal and external parties for daily business coordination.

Administrate support on business correspondence, management reports and presentation. Any ad hoc tasks and assignments assigned by supervisors.

工作要求

  • Degree holder in any discipline with 1 year's relevant working experience in administrative or project coordination work
  • Experience in retail industry would be a plus
  • Good team player, well organized with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented with excellent service mindset and could work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of SAP would be advantage
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
