Job Description

Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health Company is recruiting for a Consumer Care Leader Hongkong & Taiwan located in Hongkong or Taiwan.

The Consumer Care Leader (CCL) will also assume responsibility as APAC Regional Consumer Insights Lead.

The position holder works with key cross-functional partners at J&J Hongkong and Taiwan and with regional Consumer Care Leadership to ensure best in class consumer experience when contacting us across all channels of their choice with a focus on digital / Social Media.

The Consumer Care Lead defines tactics that position Consumer Care are as a fully integrated Marketing asset and competitive advantage for the company.

The Consumer Care Leader establishes and maintains a strong understanding of local growth objectives, priorities as well multiple business needs and plans.

Manages successfully outsourced vendors and proactively recommends strategies that optimize consumer and HCP engagement strategies, driving business growth.

The position holder champions consumer centricity, being in charge for the extraction and assessment of consumer trends and insights from each consumer interaction in the APAC region and takes a proactive lead role in syndicating the Voice of Consumer throughout the organization.

  • Overseeing a team of outsourced vendors located in Hongkong and Taiwan and ensure that commercial business priorities are fully understood and supported
  • Establishes robust relationship with local, regional and global business partners across multiple functions.
  • Identification of new value creation opportunities
  • Proactively connects with business unit leaders across the organization to define shared strategies that support local business priorities, aligned with regional and global functional priorities
  • Focusing on business growth, delivery of outstanding consumer / HCP experiences that complement and amplify traditional and digital marketing activities
  • Promotes operational excellence.
  • Ensure a high level of quality and compliance in daily consumer interactions in-line with regulations and internal J&J Consumer Health requirements.
  • Identification and analysis of actionable consumer insights across the APAC region in strong partnership with franchises and R&D
  • Budget responsibility
  • BA / BS required, MA / MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of progressing leadership experience in Consumer / Customer Care and / or Marketing with focus on digital and social media
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills
  • proficient English language skills
  • ability to run multiple projects with shifting and conflicting priorities with a high degree of personal ownership and accountability
  • ability to adapt and respond quickly to changes in priorities and business conditions
  • broader experience in the area of digital, social media and e commerce
  • robust understanding of compliance requirements in a regulated Health Care Organization
  • capability to adapt to our fast-moving Consumer business
  • Proven planning, organization and administration with strong attention to detail
  • Prefer to have excellent oral and written communication skills in local language
  • Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements and other customary conditions and approvals.

    Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of a new entity within New Consumer Health.
