You will be working as part of the bancassurance team with the responsibility to develop and strengthen the relationship with bank frontline sales team and relationship managersof our banking partners in achieving the sales target, and establishing the health ambassador image in our internal and external customer’s mind.
Be responsible to coaching / supervision of sales team to achieve sales target
Build and develop relationship with banking partners and their sales force
Develop training modules for the bancassurance team
Conduct training sessions related to products and sales techniques
Facilitate communication between the Bank frontline sales team and client’s internal team
Provide daily sales support including sales support materials and motivational toolkits to drive sales process
Liaise and work closely with back office to ensure excellence in service delivery
To be considered for this role, you should ideally have
Possess valid insurance licence IIQE I & II is a must
3 years in bank or insurance, preferably with experience in medical insurance, life insurance and bancassurance .
Background in Insurance agent with proven sales record is an advantage
Able to communicate effectively and possess strong presentation skills
Good interpersonal skills
Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) is required. Mandarin is highly desirable.
