As a Key Account Manager, you will provide client service and research and market analysis. You will anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's customers, and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business.

Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in sales within a technology, advertising, media sales, and / or internet environment.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Cantonese fluently.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Experience with Google Ads, YouTube account management, and managing advertising and / or media campaigns.
  • Experience in media across a variety of platforms (i.e., TV, Radio, Print, Sponsorship, etc.).
  • Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously while paying attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Excellent problem-solving, creativity, and analytical skills.
  • Manage a portfolio of businesses by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and building quarterly plans for achievements.
  • Manage processes by driving customer outreach, business promotion, solution implementation, and performance evaluation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to develop customer success solutions.
