Job Responsibilities

  • Providing first point of contact for all IT service to all employees in the bank
  • Provide remote and hands on support for all Front, Back Office and VIP user with satisfaction.
  • Manage Incidents, Service Requests and Tasks received by ITSM, phone or e-mail based on priority.
  • All-rounded support across Desktop covering PC / Laptop / Phone / Printer hardware, Desktop & Business Applications, VC equipment and MDM
  • Administration of telephone system and voice recording.
  • Assist onboarding / leave process of joiners / leavers for necessary hardware, software and access rights setup / removal
  • IT Procurement process / Contract and Billing handling for IT Hong Kong
  • Support and test rollout of new hardware, software or system
  • Essential Skills / Experience

  • Tertiary education in Computer related disciplines.
  • ITIL and other IT qualifications are desirable.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in desktop or helpdesk support, ideally for a private banking environment
  • Experience of Server administration, SCCM, Active Directory, Blackberry, Intune
  • Support and troubleshooting of Windows 10, Office 365, SharePoint, Symantec Enterprise Vault
  • Experience of ITSM / Service Desk Tools
  • Knowledge of Market Data application such as MarketMap, Bloomberg, FinIQ would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of Unify High Path 4000 TDM Phone system,Unify OSV IP phone system, NiceLog, ASC Voice Recording System(preferable)
  • Build, install, troubleshoot and repair software, application and hardware issue related to desktop, laptop or mobile devices(iOS)
  • Basic knowledge of network, LAN and Wifi fundamentals
  • Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal, communication skill to interact with different people
  • High awareness and consciousness in IT security including confidential / client data protection
  • Self-motivated professional with positive attitude, willingness to learn and a good team player
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
