Job Responsibilities

Lead management reporting and budgeting

Drive improvements across financial and operational processes (including identifying opportunities for workflow automation, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and visualization), and implement effective change management

Design and implement policies, procedures and other measures of management reporting and budgeting

Partner with business managers to implement policies and achieve strategic initiatives

Prepare / review reports and presentation slides (including management reports, budgets and forecast) to the Board and senior management

Design and implement revenue and cost allocation methodology for management and segment reporting

Oversees the operation of the finance system, including incident reporting & resolution, upgrade, enhancement and communication with users, internal IT, and external vendors

Conduct peer analysis

Liaise with internal and external auditors

Prepare / review financial analysis, forecasting models, and scenario analysis

Carry out ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements :

University degree holder preferably in finance, economics or other business related subjects

Qualified accountant

Lean six sigma qualifications preferred

At least 15 years' relevant experience in the financial services industry of which at least 7 years at management level

Experienced in management reporting and budgeting, system implementation, process improvement and change management

Exceptional analytical and presentation skills

A change agent with strong team management and stakeholder management skills

The ability to convert strategic direction into operational activity

Strong and dynamic team player and motivator even in high pressure situations; strong business sense with ability to multitask across priorities and deadlines

Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communications skill and proactive attitude
