Marketing Officer – Hotels & Serviced Apartments

The Job

  • Conduct market research and analysis on nearby hotel’s marketing or PR projects. Keep track of industry trends
  • Handle marketing / media inquiries at initial stage through telephone and emails and prepare executive summary
  • Support colleagues on implementation of partnership marketing programs and coordination on collateral production
  • Liaise and communicate closely with internal departments and external agency for any event needs
  • Support scheduling or update the social media channels (e.g. Facebook / Weibo, etc)
  • Consolidate clippings report, post-campaign analytical report, regular filing and administrative work

    • The Requirement

  • Degree holder in Communications, Journalism, Languages, Hospitality or related field
  • Around 2 years' relevant experiences in customer service / marketing / administrative field
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English, with Putonghua is an advantage
  • Detail-minded, self-motivated with marketing sense and creativity
  • Proficient with office application such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Officer
