Reporting to the Head of People Development Hong Kong, the role also requires close collaboration with diverse partners in Wealth Management and Human Resources

Your skills and experience
To excel in this role, you should possess :
5 years of proven experience in Learning & Development, knowledge in Wealth Management industry preferred
Outstanding program management and communication skills
Proven analytical approach and innovative problem-solving capabilities
Ability to plan, manage and track project delivery achievements, resources, timeline and budget
Willingness to take ownership, and going above and beyond to achieve high quality of outputs and service
Positive team-player attitude and experience in collaborating with multiple partners
Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives.
