Due to the growth of our business in Hong Kong, an exciting opportunity has arisen for Senior Manager, Marketing (Group Life and Medical) in our Traditional Distribution, A&H department.

The Senior Manager, Marketing (Group Life and Medical) role is responsible to act as a Team Head and responsible for the overall sales strategies for the Life and Medical Products.

Implement the strategic initiatives and ensure all the sales initiatives are tied to the company's growth plan.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and supervise a sales team to achieve sales target by providing quality services to business partners
  • Promote Life and Medical products to corporate clients via brokers
  • Drive product / distribution / marketing / service initiatives in order to deliver the sales results
  • Manage producer (broker / agent) relationship and portfolio effectively
  • Lead / drive the related marketing ad-hot project or activities including events, product developments
  • Requirements :

  • University graduate major in Business Management / Marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 year's working experience in insurance products sales
  • Experience in dealing with brokers and agents in Employee Benefits is an advantage
  • Experience in Human Resources or agent sales is also considered
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills; with strong people management skills and able to manage a team
  • Result oriented, self-motivated, strong sense of ownership and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office
