Job Description

To develop, maintain and monitor master plan schedule

Experience in development of integrated master schedule, establishing schedule hierarchy requirements, setting contract schedule requirements.

Experience in design schedule progress update, baseline management and reporting approaches.

Implement overall Primavera P6 environment

Developing the schedule and tracking progress for the design / engineering phase of projects

Commence development of the Integrated Master Schedule for projects, before and upon completion of the design / engineering phase

Undertake scenario planning and what if scenario analysis to provide guidance on the schedule impact of different design options

Establish whole-life costs for both options and recommend the system best suited to the needs of the project.

Prepare procedure, practice note, guidelines, specification, etc for ongoing adoption by the project planning team.

Align all parties (in-house, consultant, contractor) to have same understanding on time schedule deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree holder or above in engineering, architecture, surveying or other related disciplines.

At least 8 years’ relevant experience in planning and programming of project and on site support experience with oil & gas terminal / depot or downstream project experience

Proficient in Primavera P6.

Excellent command of spoken and written English

Local language preferred but not mandatory
