ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Coordinate pool car driver booking
  • Administrate mailing services, access card management
  • Responsible for travel booking and coordination
  • Assisting in event arrangement including catering, security and cleaning service
  • Responsible for vendor management
  • Prepare regular report and maintain system update
  • Other clerical and ad-hoc duties as required
  • Knowledge of PO system (Ariba, JDE is preferred)
  • Experience in book keeping
  • Strong in filing and sorting documentations
  • Catering, manage booking on light meals for meeting
  • Helpdesk and reception (Cover)
  • Assisting event arrangement (i.e. catering, security service, cleaning service and tea lady arrangement etc.)REQUIREMENTS
  • Cert / High Dip holder or above
  • At least 2-4 years related experience, prefer in bank industry or MNC.
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong communication skill in English and Chinese
  • Good PC skill, i.e. MS office.
