With experience in digital media, strong understanding of media and web analytics, the candidate will be part of the digital marketing team that strategize, plan and execute holistic customer lifecycle strategy that connect acquisition, engagement and retention initiatives and drive the growth of audience in global markets.
Working closely with other stakeholders, such as Product, Data and Editorial Team, the candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the sustainable growth of SCMP digital products.
Job Responsibilities Support the business in sustainable growth of active audience poolPlan and execute a holistic customer lifecycle strategy that includes acquisition, engagement and retention of audience for SCMP products and publicationsTake an active role in developing and implementing digital contact strategies to acquire, engage and reactivate users to drive the growth of the active audience pool for each product verticalUnderstand the audience-
first approach. Analyze audience data to define targeted audience segments and to design contact strategies that improve paid and non-
paid acquisition through to loyalty retention.Work closely with Product Team to optimize users’ experience and work closely with internal stakeholders to optimize media campaigns to improve digital marketing efficiency Be the digital marketing expert for the SCMP products.
Work with Product Marketing and Growth expertises to formulate digital marketing strategies, implement the marketing tactics and manage media agencies operations Operate digital platforms / DMP tools to leverage audience data for campaign optimizations, audience engagement analysis and share insights with stakeholders for on-
going optimizations Work closely with Data, Product, Editorial Teams to communicate digital marketing perspectives and priorities that drive sustainable engagement and retention Job Requirements Degree holder with major in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-
commerce, Business program At least 5 years in digital marketing / loyalty / CRM programs from publications, hospitality, travel, telecom or digital agencies.
Experience implementing digital engagement campaigns / Contact Strategy / CRM strategies for digital membership / subscription / services (Experience working in startups or pioneer projects will be an asset.
Solid experiences in operating digital media buy (including SEM, Google Ads, Programmatics, Facebook, Twitter)Working experience with data-
driven marketing, with solid understanding of 1st and 3rd party data. Experience in audience engagement analysis across media data and web analytics Enjoy working in the best of both worlds -
