We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this dedicated team in the role of Project Manager - Wealth Management, Global Software Delivery.
Work closely with project managers, business, internal IT parties, other stakeholders to analyse business requirements and provide logical solutions and drive for the project delivery
Assist in translate client requirements into functional requirement to facilitate the application design
Plan, execute and monitor project tasks together with related teams
Review and facilitate test strategy / test scenario / test cases / test result in system integration test, performance & scalability test
Manage post release support with teams and ensure proper transition into BAU to close the project properly
Ensure the right balance between scope, budget, and delivery timeline with appropriate quality.
Develop expert-level understanding of the supported systems
Maintain relationship with key stakeholders & business contacts
Ensure compliance with all relevant internal instructions (FIMs, GSMs, circulars), internal control standards and external regulatory requirements, including the management of operational risk and adherence to the Group'
s standards of ethical behavior
Bachelor's degree with major or minor in computer science, information technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
At least 5 years' working experience with background in software development and testing, preferably in a global / complex environment
Effective communication skills in spoken and written English, fluent Cantonese, proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage
Proven influencing / interpersonal / prioritization skill to handle competing demands
Good planning, organization & relationship management skills
Excellent analytical, problem solving and time management skills
Strong understanding of the project lifecycle
Self-motivated and able to work independently, under pressure and proactively in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines
Qualification in a related business discipline an advantage
Extensive relevant working experience, involvement in wealth management or investment IT functions preferred
Knowledge of Agile development, Confluence and JIRA will be an added advantage
Willing to travel
