Facilitate Agency Business Development Teams Zone to strategize and implements agency sales initiatives in order to achieve different agency KRAs and targets.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning (50%)
Develop and implement effective distribution management strategies to achieve business goals and to align with Company direction and planning.
Strategize and implements agency sales initiatives in order to achieve business targets (e.g. ANP, FYC, Activity Ratio, New Recruits, Persistency)
People Management (50%)
Lead and drive agency management teams (Team Head and Business Executives) to achieve team’s business targets and to improve performance effectiveness, personal career development and future succession planning
Engage District Directors and Agency Leaders regularly to build strong partnership relationships
Supervise agency performance standards to ensure business quality and align compliance
Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager and supervisor in order to meet business requirements
Obtain relevant licensee if your job involves in regulated activities
Ensure team members who perform regulated activities have obtained the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirements
Minimum Job Requirements :
University / College graduate plus at least 8 10 years of relevant experience.
Thorough knowledge in insurance business environment and insurance.
With practical experience in sales and marketing, sales agency or brokerage experience is preferable.
Good public speaking and communication skills.
Good networking and relationship building skills and the ability to interact with confidence with different cultures, levels and functions across the business.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Result-oriented, aggressive and innovative.
