Main Responsibilities :

  • Prepare / issue weekly reports for PB management
  • Liaise with Finance Division and report accruals / reversals of general ledger
  • Analyse internal financial reports for PB management review
  • Organise marketing events, complete tasks including but not limited to, drafting marketing proposals, contacting marketing division and vendors, providing on-site support during client events
  • Prepare marketing materials used in client events, cross-border activities and internal postings
  • Physically manage PB stock of client incentive gifts, coupons, vouchers, wine, cigar and other inventories
  • Prepare and maintain stock list and provide analysis upon management requirements
  • Other ad-hoc tasks upon request DisplayQualifications("- Degree Holder, major in IT, Finance, Business Management is a plus
  • More than one year of relevant work experience in technology, banking, finance or marketing
  • Strong data analytical
  • Excellent command of Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, and English Requirements : - Degree Holder, major in IT, Finance, Business Management is a plus
