The Job

Handle policy administration for new, renewal policies and endorsements of group life and group medical insurance within service standards & assigned authority Participate in IT system enhancement and carry out user acceptance test independently Supervise a team of subordinates to provide timely and quality after-sales services to designated major accounts including maintaining and ensuring the SLA and comprehensive report handling.

To provide support on administration service to client. Handle incoming enquires from intermediaries The Person : Degree holder Knowledge in Employee Benefits business and underwriting Experience in system development, user requirement preparation and performing user acceptance test Qualification of FLMI is an advantage IIQE Paper 1,2,3 licensed Good interpersonal skill, problem solving skill and team player Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Proficiency PC skills including Excel, Word , PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing Candidates' experience will be matched to relevant job level accordingly.
