Responsibilities

Oversee the finance function and be responsible for reporting, forecasting and planning, implementation of internal control and ensure compliance to company's financial and regulatory policies

Ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting to align with Corporate reporting requirements

Implement relevant policies and procedures and ensure company's practice complies to statutory legal and tax requirements

Maintain a strong and effective internal control environment

Prepare accurate and timely budgets and forecasts and provide financial / business analysis to facilitate management decision

Requirements

CPA or equivalent, University graduate in finance, accounting, business administration or equivalent;

Financial controller level with minimum 10 years hands-on working experience with Fortune 500 MNC; Retail industry is a MUST

High proficiency in US GAAP and good knowledge in SOX compliance requirements

Experience in a strategic / management role, preferably in the capacity of a Finance Change Lead on financial process standardization and transition / transformation initiatives

Proven experience in re-engineering, system integration and process implementation. Capable to support stakeholders in various business units (sales admin, commercial and logistics, etc.

on finance related matters

Strong business acumen with international exposure; proficient in English and Chinese;

Prior experience in the setting up and / or running of Finance Shared Service Centre or CoE in China and / or APAC Region is a definite advantage

Strong internal controls mind-set in identifying potential risks locally, as well as amongst the cross-border operations;

Immediate available highly preferred
