Degree holder in Property Management or related disciplines, member of MCIH, MHKIH or RPHM is a must

Minimum 8 years of experience in property management with at least 5 years in managerial level, preferably with experience in management portfolio

Well versed in Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinances, DMC and / or related ordinances

Excellent communication and supervisory skills with ability to work with people at all levels, highly proactive, customer-

oriented and be prepared to take on additional roles

Must be a good team player with strong leadership and interpersonal skills and able to work well under pressure

Fluent in spoken / written English / Chinese with conversational Mandarin

Responsibilities :

Handle daily operation of a portfolio of residential / commercial buildings

Enforce company / ISO policies and procedures to maintain / enhance quality of service

Organize tendering procedures for repair / maintenance on the property and follow through on capital improvement projects

Manage resident / tenant enquiries / complaints in an efficient manner

Partner with leasing / sales teams in organizing promotional events

Prepare annual budgets and control expenses for each property
