for-HCM Talent Advisor (business partner) teams, focused on partnering with APAC HCM leadership and global counterparts to deliver key talent processes and initiatives and the management of various regulatory matters.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
Be a partner and point of contact for APAC HCM employees, delivering HCM-related services and initiatives
Take responsibility for various regulatory-related initiatives relating to talent e.g. secondments, operational risk
Deliver key HCM talent management processes, e.g. talent and performance reviews, nomination programmes, promotions, compensation, headcount management
Partner with HCM colleagues for the delivery of campus and experienced hire recruiting, learning and engagement, diversity and mobility agendas
Ad-hoc project management for the Talent Advisor and Strategy & Management team, including involvement in global HCM Talent Advisor initiatives
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience
Experience and interest in the regulatory landscape influencing talent objectives
Proven project management skills with ability to prepare for potential problems and escalate issues when appropriate; ability to juggle competing deadlines effectively.
Integrity, sound judgment and discretion. Someone who demonstrates a commitment and an eagerness to learn; strives for excellence and executes flawlessly;
and sustains both a high volume and high quality of work.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, developing strong relationships and acting as an effective liaison to meet client needs, understanding their business and goals.
Strong analytical skills with an ability to analyse data to derive key themes and think creatively and flexibly to find a resolution.
Keen interest in learning new technologies with strong adaptability to changing applications; high level of skill on all Microsoft applications especially Excel.
