Position Summary The Technology Lead Regional Functions is responsible for delivering technology solutions that support regional corporate functions to include Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Corp Coms, Supply Chain, and Research & Development.
S / he will work closely with the regional functional business partners to define fast, agile, and forward-thinking digital technology solutions to drive consistency and streamline corporate operations. Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the Business Relationship Management function across regional corporate functions.
Act as a true business partner to the various corporate functional stakeholders in order to understand and deliver upon executive priorities, enabling success through technology.
Establish and manage strong and reliable business and stakeholder relationships with senior leadership team members across regional corporate functions.
Gain an in-depth understanding of near and long-term technology needs that will allow the businesses to grow, innovate, and operate effectively.
Understand the perceived strengths and weaknesses of IT delivery in the views of the business and establish the plan to elevate the communication, delivery, and perception of the technology organization.
Ensure the overall effectiveness of IT service delivery regionally, maximizing the effective use of technology and innovation in its business practices.
This requires on-going, proactive interaction with all business units and close and consistent communication.
Ensure that current and future business plans and strategies are adequately reflected within IT strategies, developments, and operational plans.
Support the Regional Chief Information Officer and technology leadership team in developing the overall technology strategy, vision and goals for the technology portfolio and ensure those goals are aligned to business goals.
Provide leadership, vision, strategy, and direction to the regional technology and operations teams who support all of the corporate functions.
Provide coaching and mentoring as a cornerstone of career development for all direct reports, facilitating the talent management processes that result in building a talented team.

Good knowledge of the Supply Chain process and SIOP with exposure to major various TMS, WMS and CPFR solutions with particular focus on the O2O fulfilment lifecycle, both inbound and outbound with major 3PLs and last mile providers.
Good knowledge of major supply chain hubs in APAC with knowledge of supply EDI / integration practices.
Good broad knowledge of corporate support functions such as HR, Finance, Legal and corporate communications
