Main Duties : Office Manageress :

Office Manageress :

1 Accounting / financial management

Oversee the company’s invoicing process to clients not many - approx 15-20 invoices per month are issued

Oversee payment of 3rd party invoices not many maybe a dozen payments each month

Oversee banking, maintain petty cash etc

Generate monthly summaries of all invoices, expenses and send these to HQ in London at each month-end

2 HR

Maintain vacation and sick records of staff

Oversee payroll and MPF returns - not many about a dozen staff

3 General office admin

Telephone answering and general reception duties

General administrative support to staff

Executive Assistant : to the CEO :

A range of personal support activities such as banking, travel, household and family matters, errands etc

Provide secretarial support to the CEO
