6 billion a year to charitable and community projects through its Charities Trust. The Charities Department provides support to the Board of Trustees in the task of granting donations to various non-
profit organizations in support of community projects, including arts and culture, sports and recreation, youth services, elderly services, environmental protection, medical and health, etc.
You will :
support project managers to operate the Club’s scholarship schemes and the teacher and social worker fellowship programme on innovation, and to support communication initiatives, events and scholars and fellows engagement activities.
coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as local and international tertiary institutions, government departments, NGOs, schools, service providers, as well as teams and departments within the Club to implement the projects.
coordinate administration work related to the development and implementation of the scholarship schemes and fellowship programmes and related projects, such as filing, database maintenance, document and correspondence handling, liaison of meetings and budgeting.
You should :
have tertiary education with a minimum of 5 years of solid experience in general administrative, educational or PR and marketing fields
have excellent communication skills (in both English and Chinese) and interpersonal skills; high working efficiency
be positive, cheerful and have excellent working attitude
be able to handle sensitive and confidential matters in a professional manner
have hands-on experience in Microsoft Office applications and proficiency with PowerPoint
be organised, self-motivated, detail-conscious and independent
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate.
Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
