The Technology Transfer Center (TTC) serves as a bridge between HKUST research community and the business sector, identifying collaboration opportunities in the local, regional and international markets based on HKUST's research strengths.
supports faculties and students in their endeavors to pursue University-industry collaboration, entrepreneurship and technology commercialization.
In line with the support from the Hong Kong Government on Knowledge Transfer and HKUST’s mission to contribute to the economic and social development of Hong Kong and its region, the Center is inviting competent and dedicated professional to join the Knowledge Transfer team.
Reporting to the Director of TTC, the appointee will be responsible for (i) driving and supporting the entrepreneurial technology transfer efforts of the Center, in particular managing the HKUST Entrepreneurship Program and the process of start-
iv) developing incubation supports to nurture the HKUST technology start-ups; (v) supporting technology entrepreneurship and start-
up formation by providing mentorship and assistance to start-up teams; (vi) supporting fund raising for HKUST technology start-
vii) linking HKUST start-ups with industrial collaborators and investors; and (viii) stimulating an environment for innovation and entrepreneurship.

Applicants should demonstrate the ability for effective communication with professionals of diverse background in industry, academia and Government.
Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua is also required. (Duration : 3 years, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.
Housing benefits will also be provided where applicable. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
