Accountabilities and Activities :
Liaise with suppliers and user department for routine and ad-hoc procurement projects to secure the best value for money deals;
Enforce the procurement policy and ensure all purchases are fully complying with the requirement;
Provide support in the Procurement operation and administration;
Contract and vendor performance management;
Assist to benchmark and formulate best -fit procurement vehicles to drive cost savings and efficiency improvement;
Source of information, current trends and best practices in procurement area.
To be successful in the position, you should ideally have :
At least 3 year related experiences in procurement, finance or administration sectors
Strong analytical skills, able to interpret data and package data
Good negotiation and communication skills, able to work with different stakeholders
Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese and English
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
