Business planning and implementation :
Support the implementation of the Hong Kong Dispute Resolution practice's strategic business development plan
Attend regular practice group meetings to provide updates on key BD activity and provide guidance to partners and associates on future BD initiatives
Help drive firm-wide or regional BD initiatives within the Hong Kong Dispute Resolution team as appropriate, working closely with the wider regional and global BD teams
Pitches, proposals and tender submissions :
Manage the preparation of pitches and proposals, working with partners and legal teams on pitch strategy and approach
Help develop strong key selling messages for the practice, to be deployed consistently in pitches and submissions
Monitor the updating and maintaining of pitch support material for the practice group including credentials, pitch templates and CVs
Client relationships :
Undertake research and analysis as required in relation to existing key clients and in order to identify new targets / opportunities
Support the firm's global Client Listening programme, including helping to identify opportunities to collect feedback
Reputation, brand and profile :
Work with the Senior Communications Manager - Asia on all media and PR opportunities relating to the Dispute Resolution practice
Help prepare legal directory and award submissions for the practice groups as required
Liaise with lawyers on articles for external publications and with professional support lawyers / knowledge management on content for client materials
Skills, experience and qualifications
Appropriate undergraduate / postgraduate degree qualification(s)
At least four years' relevant professional experience
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a broader team
Confidence in dealing with partners and senior stakeholders
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to prioritise and manage workload under pressure
High degree of attention to detail
Proven ability to establish professional credibility
Excellent service delivery skills and high level of responsiveness
