Position Description

Global Transaction Services (GTS) provides liquidity management, payments and receipts, trade and supply chain finance, foreign exchange and commercial card services to three million small businesses, thousands of middle market companies, and to multinational corporations, financial institutions and governments around the world.

Responsibilities :

Liquidity & Investment Solutions Support pipeline development and revenue generation in the region

  • Prepare and give client presentations on liquidity management solutions / structures and investments
  • Provide consultative support to the sales and coverage team on liquidity management solutions / structures and investments
  • Participate in the RFP process by defining client-specific holistic liquidity solutions
  • Participate as the regional liquidity SME on global / senior cross-regional opportunities
  • Provide liquidity training to sales and coverage team and other business partners, as needed
  • Attend and participate with speaking engagements at client seminars and industry association events
  • Maintain a thorough comprehension of the external market environment

  • Support new product idea generation / development :

  • Identify and pre-qualify new ideas with regional product managers, provide subject matter expertise to new product development throughout the development life-cycle, as needed
  • Liquidity Product Management Support :

  • Work with product management providing in-region product support as needed :
  • Provide client-specific information for Liquidity P / Ls and maintain a thorough understanding of all associated drivers and metrics
  • Provide voice of the client and subject matter expertise to the Global Liquidity Product Manager’s ideation initiatives and business cases
  • Identify and report client, market and revenue trends
  • Assist sales and coverage team by providing product capability expertise and information, as needed
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with key regional business partners
  • Help ensure client deals(standard and non-standard) meet risk & compliance guidelines
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of product collateral, as needed

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Strong financial skills
  • Thorough understanding of global liquidity management best practices including solution structures, interest rates and foreign exchange
  • Knowledge of tax and regulatory environments in Pan Asia scope
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Strong presentation, consultative and relationship skills
