to-end solutions designed to help small and large businesses reach their potential. We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Relationship Management Support Manager .

Principal responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate and develop Credit Operations initiatives together with Customer Service Managers to streamline credit processes and improve our customer experience.
  • Drive initiatives and encourage best practice sharing among Customer Service Managers

  • Compile management information, returns relating to growth and credit quality of lending portfolios in Business Banking with analysis, executive summary of thoughts and recommendation
  • Assist in developing strategies to minimize loan impairment or credit risk throughout the process
  • Contribute to highest data integrity and strict compliance with recommendations from Risk and auditors. Coordinate forums to strengthen staff awareness on credit risk and ensure successful implementation of quality asset growth strategy
  • Requirements

  • University graduate with a degree in business, related field or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in credit, credit operations and trade as well as extensive knowledge of commercial banking facility products and related risks
  • Knowledge of operational and fraud risk prevention and know your customer due diligence
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously and to support teamwork
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret a large number of management information reports and draw sound business conclusion
  • Attention to details as well as creativity in raising improvement initiatives
