HR & Operations Advisor (Int'l Law Firm) Description Job Description This international law firm believes that their employees are their greatest strength.

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR and Administrations professional to join their boutique-sized Hong Kong office.

You would be providing the full spectrum of administration and operational support for the Hong Kong office, and work closely with support functional managers in the office, and the managing partner to ensure the smooth running of the office.

The title of either Assistant Manager or Manager will be conferred depending on the level of experience of the successful candidate.

Main responsibilities : Oversee the Hong Kong office’s HR and office administration, ensuring uniformity in the application of the firm's global HR and operational procedures and policies Manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, liaising with external recruiters, interviewing, hiring, and on-

boarding and off-boarding Handle the full spectrum of HR general matters, including creating and updating compensation strategy through market analyses and salary surveys, assist with performance and pay appraisals, handle the investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns and disputes Manage day to day administration, from office supplies, property related costs and outgoings, maintenance and repairs Manage different service providers, renew and negotiate the terms Drive health and safety compliance throughout the office Support any lease negotiations or renewals, and office improvements, including liaising with landlord, property management, contractors etc Deal with work permits and Hong Kong Law Society licence renewals and applications Work with the Risk & Compliance Officer and The Law Society to make notifications, registrations and renewals Implement graduate recruitment exercises locally Work with central resourcing team to maintain PSL providers Assist in salary review, bonus, relocations and secondments Requirements : Degree holder in Human Resources Management or similar discipline At least 4+ years’ working HR and operations / administration experience with international professional firms, law firm experience is preferred Experience with driving employee engagement and collaboration Excellent in English and Chinese, including spoken and written Highly organised and prepared, with an ability to multi-
