Key Responsibilities :
Develop strategic partnerships, and devise partnership programmes, with commercial enterprises, leading local and overseas industry associations and academic institutions to help digital tech start-
ups explore and capture business opportunities in overseas / Mainland markets
Drive collaborations between local digital tech Industry and overseas / Mainland China counterparts and to promote Hong Kong as a leading digital tech city in the region
Steer and implement marketing plans / campaigns to promote Cyberport’s one-stop platform for start-ups, facilitate tech adoption to Enterprises and build up successful cases to share with public and interested parties
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Marketing, or related discipline
MBA degree is an advantage
Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in managing partner programmes and / or marketing projects, preferably with experience in account management
Experience in digital tech or related sector with a good network of contacts
Experience in negotiating and partnering with Government, business enterprises, digital tech associations and academic institutions
Proven ability to gain maximum value with external partnerships, with effective people management and account management skills
Good negotiation, project management and interpersonal skills
Mature and independent, excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
Willing to travel to overseas / Mainland China
The position is on a renewable 2-year fixed-term contract (subject to performance and operational needs).
