Assistant Manager - Key Account Management (Korean speaking) (Ref. no.: SKM/036/RB)

Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with customer to drive key initiatives and scale planning for the operations in HK & S. China region
  • Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives and weekly performance reviews
  • Convert customer volume forecast on weekly and daily basis
  • Follow up daily track & trace of the assigned key account by shipment level
  • Work with internal party to meet customer KPI target on weekly and monthly basis
  • Lead the execution of trouble shootings including root cause investigation and prepare corrective action report
  • Participate in regular business review meeting including, but not limited to volume development, T / T analysis, Issues & actions
  • Drive new business development from existing and new customers
  • Escalate issues within the organization as appropriate
  • Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or Finance or Logistics discipline
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in handling key customers in freight forwarding industry
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Korean, English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Highly flexible, good team player, sales driven and able to handle customer demands effectively
  • Candidate with lesser experience will be considered as Key Account Executive
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Work Location : Shenzhen or Kowloon Bay
