Responsibilities :

  • Handle authorization requests and provide transaction services to cardholders and merchants in our Chong Hing Bank Credit Card Authorization Center
  • Handle lost / stolen card reporting; and conduct front-end fraud control and detection
  • Support customer services hotline (inbound call)
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Requirements :
  • DSE or HKCEE
  • DSE or HKCEE
  • Customer services experience in financial industry, preferably in retail branch, credit card or call center
  • Good telephone manner, customer service and communication skills
  • Willing to perform 24-hour shift duty including weekends and public holidays
  • Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
  • Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
