The Position

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven, enthusiastic self-starter to work closely with the APAC marketing team and coordinate with the global team to scale up KAYAK’s growth in the region.

The Associate Digital Marketing Manager must be fluent in English and either Chinese or Japanese. This position will be based in KAYAK’s Hong Kong headquarters and reports directly to the Head of Marketing, APAC.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor all digital marketing activities, including strategy, planning, tracking, reporting, analysis and optimization to ensure delivery against KPIs
  • Work closely with global marketing team to drive business growth through various marketing channels in APAC
  • Ensure proper campaign tracking, analyze data and provide reporting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Initial and manage marketing partnership campaign with any potential partners
  • Manage relationships with external agencies / third party providers
  • Support APAC media buy (TV, radio, online, print, etc.) with global team to grow brand awareness and measure KPI in accordance with global best practices
  • Develop, conduct and evaluate A / B tests for creative marketing ideas
  • Act as a guardian of the brand messaging on all channels
  • Work closely with PR and Content Marketing team to enhance exposure of regional and local campaigns
  • Manage and support regional or local PR events
  • Proactively monitoring the latest trends, conducting competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities to improve performance and scale.
  • Pursue new opportunities to increase qualified traffic and monetization
  • Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or other related field
  • 5 years work experience in marketing, media agency or advertising agency experience preferred
  • Fluent (written and spoken) in English and either Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) or Japanese
  • Understand APAC media landscape and digital marketing with a proven track record in media buying or digital marketing campaigns
  • Performance marketing and SEO experience is a plus
  • Creative, proactive, self-starter, tapped into cultural events, tech trends
  • Superior project management skills and extremely organized
  • Works well under tight deadlines and requires minimal supervision or direction
  • Experience tracking and monitoring campaign performance and implementing optimizations
  • Interest and experience in travel and tech
