The University of Hong Kong (HKU) is collaborating with Shenzhen Government to develop The University of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Hospital as a teaching hospital of HKU.
With the presence of HKU, a new operation model for the Hospital will be introduced, aiming at providing high-quality services from primary to tertiary levels to patients in the region, whilst sustaining a teaching and training mission well supported by a robust research component.
The Hospital has commenced operation since October 2012.
General Manager (Human Resources)

As the Hospital is located in Shenzhen, travelling to Mainland China is required.
Applicants should possess a good university degree or professional qualifications in Human Resource Management, extensive experience in human resource management functions in public or large healthcare organizations at senior management level, and the following :
d) an aptitude of advocating work-life balance in the organization and balancing employee satisfaction and organization interests; and
e) excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and preferably fluency in English and Putonghua.
