The Organisational Development (OD) Department was set up to provide systematic and comprehensive learning and development programmes with the ultimate aim to build and enhance our Club’s total human capabilities.
With this aim, we provide a variety of people development services, customizing for different developmental needs in the Club.
You will :
Provide administrative support to people development initiatives to enhance the employees' capability in the Club. Logistical support includes key administrative duties throughout the learning cycle from course enrollment, liaison with trainers, attendance and record management, etc.
Provide support to the daily operation of The Hong Kong Jockey Club College. The person will be the key contact point for enquiry on learning and development programmes, College facilities and services;
as well as co-ordinating the preparation for various workshops / events that take place.
Conduct analysis on various training data.
Support Graduate Trainee training programme and eLearning programmes.
Co-ordinate internal meeting and events.
Engage in other L&D duties / projects as assigned by the supervisor.
You should have :
At least 3 years of experience in administrative role with large organisations, preferably gained from the field of L&D.
Strong data processing and analytical skills.
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese.
Detailed minded and able to produce accurate work.
Ability to interact effectively with both external and internal stakeholders.
Experience in graduate trainee training and eLearning is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
