The Transfer Agency Transaction Processing Senior Representative will be responsible for transaction processing, trade status monitoring and reporting with the objective to achieve high accuracy, timely execution and completeness of services delivery.

Specific responsibilities include the ability to perform Transfer Agency Transaction Processing functions in a controlled and efficient manner while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Achieving this will require a highly committed individual with strong interpersonal skills, logical thinking and attention to detail, problem solving ability and be able to function efficiently under time pressure as well as willingness to operate as a team in global organizational environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Process Transactions / Enquiries

  • Trade input and validation of transfer agency transactions
  • Accurate preparation of any reporting for internal or external purposes
  • Ensure all enquiries are addressed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Follow appropriate protocols to ensure timely escalation of issues or errors
  • Handle and follow through special processing situations
  • Ensure firmwide and client specific policies and procedures are adhered and properly evidenced
  • Adherence to risk control measures while ensuring all required operational standards are met
  • Establish, together with the Manager service standards and procedures for the department
  • Remain knowledgeable of changing industry initiatives (attend to presentations, work sessions & personal effort)
  • Establish solid network of internal and external contacts
  • Active participation in new / incremental business integration as well as other TA projects
  • KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • BA / MS degree and / or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of Transfer Agency or similar operational experience
  • Ability to coordinate across departments / functions when needed to handle specific client requests
  • Ability to identify, recommend and implement improvements to existing processes
  • Attention to detail and proven ability to handle complexity
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate initiative
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Proven ability to adapt to change and problem solving
  • Good knowledge of standard Office applications. (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge or prior experience of Multifonds TA is an advantage
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is highly preferred
  • Flexibility to work alternative hours and overtime (including bank holidays)
