Handle daily HR operations in a Shared Services Environment including onboarding, off boarding, staff transfers, work visa, global mobility, HR reporting, leave management, insurance administration, salary review process, internal audit, and HRIS management.
Abe to master various global and local HR related systems to process daily transactions.
Ensure the timely delivery of HR Shares Services in line with service level agreement
Collaborate effectively and efficiently with internal HR teams and within Shared Service team to execute daily HR operations
Collaborate with the offshore HRSS Support Centre on daily operation queries and transactions.
Participate in global HR transformation projects
At least 2 years of relevant experience in a HR Shared Services environment
Experience in using Oracle or Workday highly preferable
Experience in handling queries from offshore support center a definite advantage
Excellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
Proven stable employment track record
Fast learner, detail oriented, resilient, proactive, well organized with a strong sense of commitment
High integrity and able to keep information confidential
Capable to handle multiple tasks in a tight timeframe
Able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment undergoing transformation exercises
Able to work both independently and as a team player
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Visio, Word and PowerPoint)
Good command of spoken and written English, and Mandarin
