This person is not just a visionary, but also a practitioner someone who’s not afraid to get their hands dirty as they dive into :
Understanding client’s goals and challenges, and translate them into social strategies and communication
Managing a team of community managers and social editors, inspire them and assist in their professional development
Developing, executing and managing creative social content in partnership with strategy, creative and account servicing teams
Performing competitive landscape analyses, audience research, social listening, and other market research
Telling clients’ stories in a fresh and interesting way that’s native to the online communities
Presenting data-driven plans, recommendations, and performance updates (internally and externally), and responding to requests for information or strategic courses
Managing relationship between brands and their social followers
Advising owned, earned, and paid media strategies across platforms
Participating in strategy development initiatives for clients and new business
Identifying the technology or tools needed for running campaigns, moderating online communities, posting content, and social listening
We’re looking for :
Someone who’s obsessed with all things social and emerging trends, plus has a propound understanding of new and existing social delivery methods.
5+ years' experience in running global and local social platforms.
Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communication and / or a related discipline
Experience in building workflows to manage and execute content collaborations
Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram and Twitter (Wechat optional)
Up-to-date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices ensuring maximum effectiveness.
Experience in social media operation tools, promotions and implementing plans
Familiarity with analytics tools and methods for measuring success through data
Strong oral and written communications skills and the ability to produce clear, compelling, client-ready deliverables in both Chinese and English
Strong work ethic complemented by a positive, can-do attitude
Creative and innovative thinking with strong attention to detail
