Responsible for the strategy, planning and quality of the solution, overall bid quality and competitiveness;
Build the proper solution fitting customer needs and requirements to achieve customer buy-and acceptance Secure alignment of solution with company’s offerings portfolio and strategy
Prepare price quotation, identify solution risks and mitigation measures
Responsible for resolving issues with customer regarding technical & service solution Support to maintain customer relationship;
Assist customers and account teams with the definition and planning of technical strategies that will enable them to take advantage of Company Products, Company IT Product and Services
Assess customer needs and provide solution recommendations that leverage company products, Company IT Product and services
Develop holistic solution design options and comprehensive technical customer proposals for IT / BSS solutions. Expertly highlight optimized options for best support of customer’s requirements using most advanced and relevant Solution Architecture principles (including SOA..etc)
Present and review schematics / drawings and final solution with customers
Serve as key member of Sales Team and provide direct Pre-Sale technical support including qualification of opportunity.
Capture and share best-practice knowledge among the team
Bachelor of Science degree preferably in Telecommunications or related business management discipline. MBA degree holders are preferable.
Minimum 8 years’ telecom related experience from a reputable or multinational telecom vendor, carrier or business consulting firms
Knowledge of the BSS solution is a must within a desired international companies; With high level broad knowledge about other IT Domains (Infrastructure, Integration, Security, Enterprise management etc)
Able to work with customers, internal business unit organizations, and third party vendors.
Able to present technical information to audiences with a wide range of technical knowledge.
Able to work dependently and could be a team Player with an outgoing personality and a strong ability to build interpersonal relationships with customers and across organizational lines
Excellent analytical, written, verbal communications and documentation skills. Must be able to communicate technological solutions and product knowledge not only to technical, but to business users as well
Frequent travel to South East Asia Region is required.
Proficiency in Chinese and English, Mandarin is preferred
