Assist in the execution of major events and projects of Agency including overseas convention, sales incentive trips, overseas & local conference and seminar.
Provide support and assist projects such as awards presentation, ad-hoc sales events, etc
Effective communication with internal and external business partners on event project planning and logistics. Maintain good relationship with internal working committee and external partners
Budget Planning & Control for Events and Projects for the department. Monitor the budget planning in accordance to company guidelines
University graduate, preferably in business discipline.
Min 5 years work experience in the marketing and / or related fields, preferably in insurance / banking / financial services sector.
With experience in leading event staff, marketing, sales and customer campaigns
Knowledge of insurance / financial products
Good communication and presentation skills
Independent and good problem solving skills
MS Office PC skills; Fluency in English & Chinese
