Job Description :

This job is to be performed by Corporate Access Assistant who is helping sales to arrange corporate access, include conference calls, company visits and china field trips, for clients.

The duties and responsibilities he / she is going to take this job include, but not limit to :

  • Maintaining top level contacts with corporate and organizing company visits as requested
  • Arranging and coordinating internal and external meetings;
  • Planning and executing corporate investor conferences
  • Arranging facility tour and company visit
  • Education

  • Bachelor degree holder.
  • Skills and Abilities

  • Good communication and problem-solving skill;
  • Very good command in English and Chinese.
  • Professional mannerism and proactive working attitude;
  • Good command in PC skills, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access;
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Qualifications

  • At least one year experience of sales assistant or administrative experience in world-renowned financial institutes or securities firms;
