  • Job Description

  • To plan, develop and execute staff relations programs
  • To handle employee communications programs including Staff eNewsletter and other initiatives to improve internal communications and enhance employee engagement
  • To handle staff grievance and coordinate on employee counseling service
  • To enhance staff participation in the Bank’s community services and Corporate Social Responsibility programs
  • Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Communications or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience from sizable institution, preferably in finance industry
  • Good project management and report writing skills
  • Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
