Full-time / Part-time Teaching Assistant in the Medical Ethics and Humanities Unit of the Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine (to commence on July 1, 2018 or as soon as possible thereafter for six months to one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability)
Applicants should possess a good Master’s degree or above in Arts or Social Sciences with strong interest in medical humanities (broadly defined).
They should have relevant teaching experience and excellent command of written and spoken English. Those with knowledge of study in the fields of medical history, mental health or critical theories are preferred.
The appointee will assist in teaching a Common Core module, Cultures of Madness, and conducting tutorials; and assist in research projects.
