Assistant Manager – Marketing

Responsibilities :

  • To implement marketing programs and special projects for The Mills, The Mills Fabrica, The Mills Shopfloor and Centre for Heritage, Arts & Textile(CHAT) directly or with external event management professionals to enhance the overall awareness / publicity / footfall of The Mills.
  • Identify target client and audience groups; develop communication plans to determine the delivery approaches and channels for events, publicity and communication materials.
  • Develop and maintain online and offline program image and identity for The Mills.
  • To execute engagement programs and activities to identify, build and maintain relationships with potential users and business partners.
  • Provide editorial guidance for internal and external stakeholder publications and collateral
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with government officials, media representatives and the public to communicate the mission and vision of The Mills and the Group.
  • Assist Director to develop, execute and monitor plans and budgets for The Mills’ marketing; manage HR, financial and material resources allocation to organize daily operations of the team.
  • To monitor impact and outcomes for marketing initiatives and programs
  • To assist Director to develop overall marketing, public relations programs and communication plans according to the defined market strategies and positioning for The Mills.
  • Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the senior management
  • Requirements :

  • Degree in Marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5-6 years of branding and advertising experience
  • Proactive, well-organised, team player and able to work independently and under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of Adobe Photoshop will be advantage
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
