Assist in the design and implementation of an effective financial crimes framework including supporting our entities under scope in rolling out Group practices, policies and procedures with respect to Anti-
Money Laundering, Counter-Terrorist Financing and International Sanctions;
Assist our entities under scope with the development of their annual Compliance Operating Plans and facilitate the ongoing monitoring of performance against these Operating Plans with respect to financial crime matters.
Conduct on-site verification reviews and compliance investigations whenever necessary;
Assist our entities under scope to manage an effective operation of the financial crime compliance tools i.e. AGS Norkom and WorldCheck and co-
ordinate all associated activities with our counterparts in the AXA Group Solutions;
Assist in the development and delivery of training and communications materials relevant to financial crime topics
Ensure that quality compliance reports, as required from time to time by various stakeholders, are prepared and submitted on a timely basis.
Take a technical compliance role in significant AXA Asia Region projects which are either being initiated and driven directly by the Asia Region Compliance team OR which are being driven by other Asia Region departments but require specific input from the Asia Region Compliance team.
A minimum of five years of relevant working experience, preferably in the financial services
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work independently and eager to learn.
A team player with a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Good command of both spoken and written English, other relevant Asian language(s) an advantage
