Director, Data & Analytics Description In this regional role, you will drive the strategy and execution of regional analytics initiatives and support the expansion of retail and customer analytics.
Reporting to and in partnership with the head of strategy, you will consult with brand leaders and stakeholders and assess and address their data and information needs, and utilise analytics to develop insights for decision making and planning, and will lead analytics efforts and enable work streams and priorities, while managing their fulfilment and rollout.
Furthermore, you will lead the regional vision and roadmap for analytics, define and organize data architecture, identify a data governance and stewardship program, design and deliver optimal information systems for AP, transform data assets into business insights, assemble a winning AP analytics team, test and learn new data tools for roll-
out, and drive an analytics mind-set and culture that improves understanding both at a corporate and brand level. Requirements -
a Masters is preferred - Expertise in modelling and analytical methodology - Leadership skills to manage and develop both direct and indirect reports -
